Manufacturing Production Specialist

Job Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured on time and to the highest standards of quality.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including punches, press brakes, sanders, and tumblers, safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions and procedures to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Team assembly and packaging of various product lines.
- Assist senior welders with fixture loading and unloading.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm.
- (2) 15-minute paid breaks.
- (1) 30-minute lunch break.
- Average weekly OT 7+ hours.
- Option to work Saturdays for additional OT.
- 401(k) with employer matching program up to 4% of base salary.
