About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated insurance sales representative to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals, families, and small businesses secure their financial futures.


Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities through telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  3. Cultivate relationships with existing customers to ensure timely renewal of policies.
  4. Develop strategies to grow sales revenue through effective utilization of phone, email, and potential client lists.
  5. Maintain professional phone etiquette and respond promptly to incoming calls.
  6. Continuously prospect for new business by following up on sales leads generated from various sources.
