Job Title: Commercial Cleaner - Floater Position

At Populist Cleaning Co., we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team as a Floater. As a Floater, you will be responsible for cleaning various commercial properties, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Dust and clean furniture, equipment, and partitions
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners
  • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
  • Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities
