We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseman/Porter to join our team at Acqua Restaurant and Banquets. As a key member of our banquet facility team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Set-ups and Breakdowns: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport banquet props and light furnishings between properties, and operate a 14' box truck as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of events, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service/Hospitality Experience: Required to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
