About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Services Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about our products and services
  • Effectively utilize communication tools to request assistance and coordinate customer engagement
  • Perform duties such as cashier, logistics support, stocking, and inventory control
  • Ensure the completion of damaged and defective merchandise through the RCC process
  • Set weekly ads, including price changes, and update store signage
  • Proactively engage every customer to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize and understand our selling program to promote sales and additional product solutions
  • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements and promotions
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine additional offerings or services
  • Drive sales growth by supporting current programs, new product launches, and special initiatives
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
  • 2 Years Sales and/or Customer Services experience preferred
  • Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to the role
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong selling skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to coach and train others in a professional environment
