Nursing Assistant for Senior Care

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to individualized care plans and maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and outcomes.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and autonomy.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting mental stimulation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs, concerns, and preferences, ensuring a seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
• A valid CNA certification in the state of Maine, with prior experience working in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to prioritize resident safety and well-being, remaining calm and composed in stressful situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with ongoing education and training opportunities available.
