Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join our team as a mental health and substance use clinician. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients for mental health and substance use needs, using DSM criteria to inform treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients and their families
- Provide individual and group therapy, as well as case management and crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Valid, unrestricted license to practice as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New Jersey
- LCADC credential, required
- Masters degree in social work or a related field
