Part-Time Utility Buffet Server Opportunity

Pinnacle Springs Retirement Community is seeking a part-time Utility Buffet Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and their guests. As a key member of our Culinary and Dining Services team, you will work under the direction of our experienced Executive Chef to ensure seamless service.

Schedule and Benefits

We offer a competitive schedule and benefits package, including:

  • Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm schedule

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting residents and guests, reviewing menu options, and taking orders
  • Washing dishes, busing tables, prepping food, and stocking the salad bar
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Connecting with residents during meals
  • Embodying our Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
  • Experience working in a team environment, preferably in a culinary setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation and/or dish washing (training provided)
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
  • A passion for food and hospitality
