Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accessories Merchandise Coordinator at Alabama Goodwill Industries Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Donation Sorting: Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction by sorting donations into salable, salvage, and trash categories.
  • Merchandise Pricing: Price merchandise using our baseline price guide, with a focus on special price items of exceptional value.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized pricing area, and transport merchandise to sales floor, stock shelves, display, and rotate merchandise.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to all store and personnel policies and procedures, and report safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach and ATL.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Preferably candidate with knowledge of antiques and collectibles, and ability to lift 50lbs.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with benefits, requiring the ability to work evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to bend, reach, and stand for extensive periods of time.
