Student Support Psychologist

Position Title: School Psychologist
Soliant, a prominent healthcare staffing organization, is in search of a committed and skilled School Psychologist to become part of our team. This role presents a valuable opportunity to positively influence the lives of students and enhance their psychological health within an academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Administer and analyze standardized assessments and tests.
- Work collaboratively with educators, guardians, and other professionals to create tailored education plans (IEPs) and interventions for students.
- Offer counseling and assistance to students dealing with emotional or behavioral difficulties.
- Implement strategies and interventions to foster positive behavior and academic achievement.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions, including IEP meetings and eligibility assessments.
- Keep precise and current records of services rendered.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist in the relevant state.
- Prior experience in a School Psychologist role is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
