About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Clarvida. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with clients and their families to identify and address behavioral challenges, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home and community-based assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized plans
  • Provide direct behavioral support to clients, including teaching coping skills and behavior modification techniques
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent support and communication
  • Document progress and outcomes, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and 1 year or more of experience working with children in a behavioral support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Associate's Degree in a related field and at least 6 months of experience working with children in a behavioral support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Service-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, etc.)
  • Bilingual Spanish – preferred
  • Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)
  • Valid Arizona driver's license (without restrictions), current auto insurance, and current CPR/First Aid (or able to obtain)
