Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative Corporate Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth through suggestive selling and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer expectations.
  • Learn and retain product information to provide accurate assistance to customers.
  • Anticipate and resolve product and service issues before they arise.
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and team performance metrics.
  • Produce weekly reports for order recap, address code corrections, and order changes.
  • Manage order entry by groups for future orders and standing order changes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or higher degree required.
  • 2-4 years of meat industry experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years in customer service/sales required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English language required. Spanish a plus.
  • Strong technology and computer skills required. Experience with Canopy system a plus.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, professional ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
