We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team at Champaign Residential Services. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a comfortable home setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and self-reliance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional bonuses and reimbursement.
