Practical Nurse Professional

This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at IntelyCare offers a unique blend of benefits and flexibility. Key Responsibilities- Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN.
- Track patient well-being and monitor vital signs.
- Conduct intakes and document health concerns and medical history.
- Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects.
- Review residents' charts and medical records.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment.
- Maintain stocks of medical supplies.
- Participate in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
- The estimated hourly salary is $52.
- You will be eligible for hourly pay ranging from $37 to $79.
