We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of our warehouse, including supervising a team of employees and providing training and coaching to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
  • Prepare schedules and supervise the team
  • Provide training and coaching to improve performance
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to the GXO 7S program and maintain a clean environment

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • U.S. citizen status
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
