Job Summary

As an Automotive Refinish Specialist at CarMax, you will play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance. Your expertise in paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing will make a significant impact on our customers' buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform paint retouching and post-paint finishing to achieve a showroom-quality finish
Carry out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding to ensure sound bodywork
Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to guarantee the vehicle's integrity
Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements

Experience in one or more of the following: masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint
Manual dexterity and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and walk/stand for extended periods
Strong customer focus and attention to detail
Possession of a valid driver's license
