  • Perform general sanitation duties across various public spaces within our Casino Facility, including gaming areas, banquet halls, dining establishments, retail outlets, and more.
  • Utilize specialized equipment for carpet cleaning in hallways and corridors, ensuring thorough maintenance in both open and confined spaces.
  • Maintain hard surface flooring through effective dust mopping, wet mopping, and rinsing as per established protocols.
  • Conduct meticulous dusting and polishing on a range of surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure windows and doors are cleaned to meet our cleanliness benchmarks.
  • Regularly clean trash receptacles and remove waste and debris from designated locations.
  • Swiftly address spills, accidents, or litter as they occur.
  • Engage with guests and staff in a courteous and informative manner, sharing insights about our services and offerings.
  • Maintain a tidy work area and ensure that all equipment and materials are stored securely and organized.
