Working Conditions

The Cage Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced casino environment, with frequent interactions with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the casino floor.
  • Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Education and Certifications

The Cage Operations Manager must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casino operations or management role. A gaming license is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a NE Gaming License is necessary.
