Position: Fitting Specialist - Northwest Region
Compensation: $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour
Overview: Titleist is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and highly driven club fitter to join our fitting team. Fitting Specialists are responsible for conducting consumer events by expertly fitting dedicated golfers and representing the Titleist brand. The efforts of Fitting Specialists significantly enhance the consumer experience for thousands of golfers each year who participate in Club Fitting Events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide industry-leading fitting recommendations, product expertise, and customer service to improve golfers' performance and strengthen their loyalty to our brand.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting fitting and trial events throughout the golf season, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Events typically last between five to eight hours and include Titleist Thursdays, Club Fitting Days, Tournaments, and similar occasions.
- Managing event logistics such as scheduling, pre-event communication with consumers, entering data into online systems, and sharing recommended equipment specifications with consumers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a club fitter.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Extensive product knowledge with the capability to effectively present to consumers.
- Comfortable utilizing technology such as TrackMan and mobile applications.
- Highly reliable and dependable with a keen attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Possess reliable transportation capable of carrying all necessary fitting and display equipment to events.
- Able to lift golf bags and related equipment (up to 40 lbs) multiple times per day.
- Capable of standing for extended periods (5-8 hours per day) outdoors throughout the year.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Social Security Card.
This is a temporary position and will be managed through a third-party staffing agency. Any benefits provided will be offered through them.
