  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or finance, with a strong background in tax preparation and consulting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
