Job Summary
The Deviation Investigator will be responsible for investigating manufacturing-related deviations and working with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate manufacturing deviations to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and perform root cause analysis.
  • Assess the impact of deviations on the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage multiple investigations concurrently and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering discipline.
  • Related pharmaceutical experience, including experience in manufacturing in a GMP environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
