About the PositionFirm X, a renowned boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its growing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including document preparation, case analysis, and communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare high-quality documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, and summary charts.
  2. Conduct thorough research, analyze data, and prepare informative reports.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely document delivery.
  5. Manage electronic files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a private law firm.
  • Advanced certification in NetDocuments, MS Office, and Adobe PDF.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
