Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide care and emotional support for adults with a variety of psychiatric illnesses. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for making clinical assessments, managing treatment, and advocating for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and recognize changes in physiological and psychosocial status
  • Evaluate and document patient response
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety
  • Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
  • Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 1 year of RN experience in Behavioral Health environment preferred
  • BSN is preferred
  • BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required
  • RN-C preferred
