Requirements:

  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently around the theatre.
  • Work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Language Ability:

Possess good public speaking, listening, and communication skills.

Math Ability:

Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.

Reasoning Ability:

Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence.

Personal Skills:

Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management. Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.
