Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project design teams in the development of mechanical engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with Principals, Associates, and Project Managers to finalize project scope, schedule, and priorities.
  • Apply advanced engineering practices and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop reports, studies, and system analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Represent the firm at meetings and cover all trades, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mentor and train younger engineers and designers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) working toward P.E. Licensing.
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Eight years of experience in responsible charge of project design in respective discipline, plus advanced courses, training programs, or seminars relating to Engineering and Management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The compensation range for this position is $87,360 to $120,000 per year.
