Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Representative is the voice of Oxford Industries, answering all inbound calls and making a great first impression. S/He will provide excellent customer service, representing our brand, our culture and our commitment to our customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound calls, addressing all customer inquiries, product questions, order changes, shipment tracking, etc.
- Responds to customer emails and chats in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strives to solve customer problems in the most efficient and customer-centric approach.
- Stays knowledgeable of key features, attributes, and benefits of all items to provide answers to customer questions.
- Stays knowledgeable of product measurements to answer size/fit questions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Makes recommendations for new/coordinating items as opportunity arises to upsell and cross-sell.
- Partners with the logistics department to process online product returns.
- Supports the Senior Customer Experience & Digital Associates on select tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Generally, 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
