We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Corporate Tax team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through effective tax management. As a Sr. Tax Accountant - Income Tax, you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax compliance for multiple entities, analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations, and providing tax analysis to support valuations, financings, forecasting, and various internal or external projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax compliance for multiple entities
  • Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations
  • Provide tax analysis to support valuations, financings, forecasting, and various internal or external projects
  • Research and resolve technical tax issues
  • Collaborate with members of the tax and accounting departments


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business tax return preparation and review experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Superior Excel skills
  • Knowledge of tax return preparation software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree such as Master's in Accounting with concentration in Tax
  • CPA
  • Big 4 public accounting experience
