Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance and financial expertise to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with market and business unit strategy development, supporting the creation of overall strategy for contracting and driving new contracting strategies.
- Partner with market access and account teams, as well as business unit finance partners, on contract proposals and pricing strategies.
- Support contract pricing decision-making by analyzing the commercial impact of decisions and ensuring alignment with market dynamics and forecasts.
- Navigate and manage in a cross-functional, matrixed environment, supporting US business unit finance partners and other central business unit finance partners.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of financial partnering experience, with a strong background in analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Excellent influencing and engagement skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and challenge based on expertise and personal credibility.
- Experience working in a business advisory environment, analyzing complex data and presenting insights and complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial, and ethical interpretation of industry-regulated principles.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and complex change management projects.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA in Management, Finance, Strategy, or Accounting, as well as experience working in the US pharmaceutical industry, particularly within the GSK/ViiV portfolio's therapy areas.
