Sunroc Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to protect our employees, equipment, and the communities we serve.

Monitor video footage of commercial drivers to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

Conduct driver training programs and lead safety meetings to promote a culture of safety within our organization.

Investigate accidents and analyze safety data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in fleet safety management, with a strong understanding of transportation regulations.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead safety initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Samsara, Tyfoom, and Smith System is a plus.
