Mitten Extracts is a dynamic company seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content that showcases our brand and products.

• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Produce engaging videos and photography showcasing our products and brand.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Create captivating video & photo compositions while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for video & photo content.
• Brainstorm innovative and engaging formats to promote brand visibility and engagement.
• Capture pixel-perfect lifestyle, product, and event imagery.
• Assist in photoshoots, including videography and BTS footage.
• Edit images to enhance visual appeal.
• Coordinate video shoots, including location scouting and equipment setup.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all design projects.
• Be adaptable to real-time changes while capturing footage.
• Travel throughout the state to brand events, approximately 1-3 times a month.
• Support the graphic designer and broader marketing team in developing digital assets.
• Prepare and review files for print production.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of related marketing experience, preferably in the alcohol/beverage or cannabis industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut.
• Knowledge of industry-standard video editing software.
• Ability to experiment with new content types and stay current with social trends.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site when opportunities arise.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with attention to detail and process-oriented.

Digital Marketing Manager

Dimondale, MI (Greater Lansing Area). Onsite 3-4 days/week

Salary/Exempt 45k – 65k
