We are seeking a highly skilled eFX Quantitative Analyst to join our team as Vice President. As a key member of our eFX Trading Business, you will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of eFX Trading via MACH, working closely with support teams to resolve operational issues, and acting as an eFX specialist for FX Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing eFX Trading Book Owner responsibilities, including overseeing eFX Trading via MACH and working closely with support teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Acting as an eFX specialist for FX Sales, responding to their queries and requests.
  • Performing ad-hoc client optimization to improve performance and PnL.
  • Working closely with FX Sales to ensure they have access to information needed to develop client relationships and increase volume and revenues.
  • Client optimisation to improve performance and PnL by reviewing client volume in CCY pairs, spread tiering, reject rates, trading styles, and post-trade mark to market of flow.
  • Managing relationships with multi-dealer platforms, ECNs, LPs, and Clients.
  • Monitoring Benchmark risk on a daily basis to ensure efficient execution with no issues.
  • Identifying eFX Trading gaps and discussing ideas to enhance strategies.
  • Driving and managing eFX Projects to enhance the eFX Trading Business.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks for eFX, Sales, Clients, or platforms.
  • Part ownership of eFX Trading Business Procedures.
  • Supervision of Global Markets PDPs and internships with eFX Trading.
Requirements
  • 5 years eFX experience in a front office role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of building and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge of various actors in eFX markets.
  • Knowledge of various eFX products, exchanges, EMS systems, and familiarity with core eFX concepts.
  • Experience monitoring production trading systems, debugging, and diagnosing issues.
