About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mill Pond in Ankeny, Iowa. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and monitor resident health and well-being
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Document resident care and services in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa
  • Current CPR certification
  • Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative care
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
