Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation of clinical transformation initiatives for designated services or populations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of services and programs.
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify desired performance, assess educational needs, and create suitable training solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to performance and the achievement of project goals and timelines.
- Monitor issues and strive to enhance processes, efficiency, and adherence to best practice standards, including electronic documentation protocols.
- Conduct training sessions and serve as a knowledgeable resource. Participate in specialty and/or unit committees, councils, and teams, as well as professional organizations.
- Contribute to the identification and development of competencies.
- Assist in the development, deployment, and monitoring of the Interdisciplinary Practice Model, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support key strategies aimed at driving quality improvement to meet performance metrics and strategic objectives, including meaningful use standards.
- Facilitate the standardization of best practices.
Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school/college OR required professional licensure at the time of hire.
