Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that promote positive behaviors and skills in children with autism
  • Provide caring support to families during assessment and treatment planning
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
  • Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision and training of behavioral technicians
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months
  • Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism spectrum disorder or related disorders
  • Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment
