Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in the organization and execution of events across various locations, while also supporting the company's involvement in local community initiatives, including managing product donation requests. This position will contribute to the development of engaging content for the company's social media platforms and oversee the coordination of product contributions.
Reports to: Community Engagement Manager
Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: Salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and management of special events and promotional campaigns.
- Foster relationships with local partners to achieve specific branding, budgetary, and aesthetic objectives for events.
- Oversee the logistics of event setup, participant check-in, and dismantling processes.
- Capture and curate visual content for publication on the company's social media channels, following guidance from the Community Engagement Manager.
- Evaluate and respond to incoming product donation requests, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and coordinating logistics for product distribution.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of photography and editing techniques that reflect an understanding of composition, color, and lighting for optimal audience engagement.
- Experience with draft beverage equipment is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
