Your Responsibilities:
As the primary manager of our center's daily operations, you will lead a team of enthusiastic associates to surpass performance and sales objectives. You will set an example by providing exceptional guest experiences and demonstrating excellent sales performance in your role as a part-time Guest Service Associate.

Your Initial Days:
- Engage with the existing team to understand their motivations and career aspirations
- Familiarize yourself with our company culture and the brand by completing the New Manager Training program and working closely with the Owners
- Implement goal-setting routines for team members that align with the center's business objectives, utilizing clear communication, recognition, and coaching to enhance performance
- Master the Guest Service Associate role by actively participating part-time in this position to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Understand the key performance metrics that drive business success and how your team's actions influence these outcomes
- Work with the owners to become proficient in center-level operations, policies, and standards to maintain brand integrity
- Expand the team by recruiting and training exceptional new associates, initiating plans to strengthen your leadership team
- End goal: Efficiently manage the center while fostering a positive internal culture and ensuring strong performance outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management
- Previous experience in the Beauty Industry, including both Service and Retail Sales; an Esthetician or Cosmetologist license is highly regarded
- Strong dedication and work ethic
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with center operations and services
- Passion for comprehensive beauty services
- A desire to excel in a dynamic, growing business environment
