We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Group. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- One year of prior LPN experience preferred
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
