About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Physician to join our team as Medical Director for the Anesthesia Department. This is a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed salary of $490,000 per year, plus additional pay for call and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
  • Supervise and mentor CRNAs in the department
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology required (or actively engaged in process)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Anesthesiology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
