The Hotel Receptionist at Comfort Inn plays a vital role in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and providing them with information about the hotel's amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check-in and Check-out Process: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and handed over to the relevant departments.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional facilities and services, such as room upgrades, breakfast packages, or spa treatments, to increase revenue and satisfaction.
  • Group Reservations and VIP Services: Confirm group reservations, arrange personalized services for VIP customers, and coordinate special requests, such as weddings or events.

Requirements and Qualifications

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
