Job Description:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in preparing estimates, developing budgets, and coordinating preconstruction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop project estimates, including calculations and data analysis
- Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate preconstruction activities, including scheduling and logistics
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction management or general contracting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Estimated Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
