Equipment Maintenance Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Associate to join our team at Barnett Administrative Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the equipment and grounds of our restaurant, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment, including cleaning and lubricating machinery
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping, including mowing, pruning, and watering plants
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
