Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Olympia, WA is home to a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly, making referrals as necessary.
  • Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications:
