Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable:
    Manage vendor invoice processing, oversee payments, and maintain documentation.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    Generate and ensure accuracy in invoices, manage credit card processing, and reconcile accounts.
  • Company Credit Cards:
    Oversee issuance and termination of company credit cards, provide training, and review expenses.
  • Month-End and Year-End Processes:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
