Job Title: Backroom Lead Processor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the production process and personnel assigned to that process. As a Backroom Lead Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met, and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and direct daily tasks for production team members, including housekeeping for assigned spaces.
  • Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that only the best product makes it to the floor.
  • Track and report production at scheduled times.
  • Participate in production processes as needed.
  • Use cash registers at locations that require.
  • Implement strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals.
  • Communicate with team members to place supply orders for next day's processing.
  • Support management with store maintenance and appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Retail sales production and/or thrift store experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication.
  • Basic computer skills, including payroll programs and ability to learn other programs or systems.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
  • Ability to use basic math skills and pass a pre-employment drug test and background test.
