Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual, and educational components.
  • Accurately communicate pertinent information to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  • Document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions, and outcomes for patients in accordance with documentation standards, policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from a school of nursing.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • For Casual RNs, 2 years of experience is required.
  • All new graduate nurses with less than one (1) year of clinical experience are subject to participate and will be automatically enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.
