This RN position involves providing direct patient care and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress. Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Current Wisconsin RN licensure required.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire date.
