Position Summary
We are looking for a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will assist customers in fulfilling their shopping requirements while ensuring a delightful shopping atmosphere. Your duties will encompass operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, managing inventory, and upholding the store's cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store as per the established schedule.
  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with returning customers.
  • Follow up with customers about their purchases and overall experiences.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
  • Encourage and promote additional products to enhance sales.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and store announcements.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store promotional events.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance product and service offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Receive and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee cash handling and reconcile cash registers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Verify correct identification of displayed products.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members to share responsibilities.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English Required
  • Fluent in Spanish Required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

Compensation:
$2,500/Month + Commission
