About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Priority Specialist to join our team in greater Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Operations Priority Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our Operations teams meet and exceed their high standards by seamlessly moving between operations departments whenever there is a volume spike or staffing shortage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain positive relationships with our New Accounts, Cashiering, General Investigations, Transfer of Assets, and Retirement Operations teams
  • Rotate in and out of departments, depending on the current business needs of each area
  • Work in different environments and build relationships with the departments we support
  • Increase your own visibility within the firm while building a well-rounded background in financial services operations
  • Help our bi-coastal team to succeed in consistently providing indispensable service to our advisors, field staff, and coworkers
  • Provide constructive ideas for process improvements and consult on projects and initiatives around the firm
Core Strengths and Skills
  • 1–2 years' experience in the brokerage industry
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks and change gears quickly
  • A drive to gain operations knowledge and visibility to advance your career
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service mentality and eagerness to help
  • Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively
