About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of experienced professionals, utilizing their analytical and clinical skills to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including collecting and recording health data, evaluating patient needs, and implementing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
To be considered for this rewarding role, applicants must have:
- A Graduate Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of commencing employment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in ambulatory care.
