Early Head Start Family Services Professional

Family & Children's Place is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Head Start Home Visitor to provide essential family services to eligible parents, infants, toddlers, and their families. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting early childhood development, family stability, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for children and families through weekly home visits and scheduled socialization activities.
- Provide comprehensive child development and family support services, focusing on school readiness goals and individual child needs.
- Collaborate with families to identify and address their unique needs, promoting self-sufficiency and empowerment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, ensuring a cohesive and supportive network for families.
- Associate's degree in child development, education, social sciences, or a related field (or willing to obtain CDA).
- At least 2 years' experience working with children and families in a human service setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- A friendly and professional attitude, with a passion for helping others.
- A competitive hourly wage of $19-$20 (or more, depending on education and experience).
- A retention bonus of $300 paid in increments through the first year.
- A language quarterly stipend of $1000 for those with language skills (e.g., Spanish).
